The sole aim is to make you independent as possible. The goal is to empower you, and over time, remove any dependency and to assist you in gaining the knowledge and skills to reach your goals.
History of Divine Plumbing
Divine Plumbing and Drainage Pty Ltd was established in 1998. The name derived from the dictionary term 'divine (di’vain) adj. (tr.) to search for (water, metal, etc.) using a divining rod.'
Throughout the years of Divine Plumbing we have taken on board the expeirence and knowledge of the plumbing industry. It has been a lot of fun. We here at Divine Plumbing strive to build the best business for everyone concerned from employees, suppliers, contractors to customers. We like to make sure that Divine Plumbing is an organisation that everyone loves to be apart of.
Some of our clients have been with us since day one, which makes it 10 years of service. We thank them very much for there work.
We have gone from plumbing in new houses in 1998 to today which we strive in bathroom renovations and design, maintenance, rainwater tank installation and internal connection into houses, commercial plumbing, clearing blocked drains, and more plumbing on more new homes.
It started with one plumber in 1998 and today has 12 professional happy employees in the business who love coming to work.
The Divine Team (since 1998)
Manager – Jim Attwood
(plumbers licence # 17236 and BSA licence# 791086)
Jim has 14 years plumbing experience, and as the leader he overseas the quality and provides support to his Divine Team. As the Divine Team are the people that looks after the customers as they are number 1. He likes to build his team with honesty, fairness, manners, appearance and professional and tradesman like work completed to the customer’s satisfaction.
Supervisor – Andy McGovern
(licenced builder and plumber)
Andy has had the most experience of customer relations and supervising jobs then anyone else in our team. He aims to satisfy both the customer and the tradesman onsite performing the work, so that the environment for the owner in their own home is a happy comfortable one. He checks all work and communicates regularly with the clients as too make sure that all the workmanship and the environment is nothing but the best.
Admin Manager – Alex Langdon
Alex’s experience and professionalism is what keeps Divine Plumbing in control of all circumstances. Her experience is nothing but amazing. Alex’s organisation and knowledge of the day’s events makes the wheels of Divine Plumbing run smoothly resulting in a relaxing happy Environment for all involved.
Senior Technician– Nicholas Oliphant
Nick has taken on the role of being one of the senior Technicians of the Divine Team, making sure that each job that is carried out by himself is short of nothing but the best. He has showed great leadership qualifications to have more of a senior role in Divine Plumbing in the following years.
Senior Technician – Callan Carkeet
Callan has taken on this role as he has proved that he has the knowledge to handle the bigger jobs and his tradesman like workmanship is a picture to see. Callan shows he has the skill to organise with the customer/builder/supervisor all the correct specifications and technical advice so that the job will be completed once, in working order.
Senior Technician – Dan Bauer
Dan was recommened by one of our plumbers and has been with us for a while now and proven himself to be a great asset to the company. In times of despair Dan steps up to the plate and confidently handles the situation and the job gets done without hesitation. He shows great heart and compassion for his team members and clients so that no one is treated unfairly.
Plumbing Technician – Michael Stuart
Michael over the years has become a matured plumber that has managed to deal with all types of problem solving. His expierence with this has shown to the customer/builder that no matter what circumstance arises there is always an answer, and he will explain this to the customer. If their is no answer at the time he wont stop until he can give the client the correct information.
Plumbing Technician – Cameron Ryan
A plumber with the knowledge to listen to the customers needs and perform the task in a professional manner, making sure that when he leaves a job he leaves it the way he finds it. Cameron has great potential to be a classed under the name of professional tradesman. Everyday he is getting more knowledgeable about what it takes to be a professional tradesman. He has great attributes of being very neat and polite.
Plumbing Technician – Rees Nichols
Rees is a keen worker that is wanting to learn about Divine Plumbing and its Culture. Being a newcomer to the company he has shown great improvement in the last 2 months. He is showing more enthuisiasm and willingness to work harder and smarter.
Plumbing Technician – Chris Downes
Chris has started to step up and deliver some hard good work that some of the other tradesman are commenting on. He is a person who shows great potential to be a great tradesman is he puts his mind to it. He shows that his manners and willingness to work is noticed by others.
Plumbing Technician – Greg Munce
As a youngest member of the team Greg shows that he is keen to take control and complete the task with the customer’s needs at hand. His manners and work have always been credit too him.
