I am committed to passing on my knowledge to other members of the team. I look for the opportunity to educate clients on the benefits of what we do. As a tradesman, I have a responsibility to educate apprentices on my team, so that in time they become outstanding tradesmen themselves. I will communicate any innovations I develop, so they can be assessed; tested & measured and added to current systems.

Good enough isn’t; I take absolute pride in my workmanship. I will always be looking for ‘better’ results, ideas and solutions. I take full responsibility for my attitude and the work I’m engaged in and will not blame others, make excuses, or deny my participation if I should be contributing to the solution.

I am committed to Divine’s current and future team members. I am aware of the actions and feelings of those around me and take full responsibility for my full participation and involvement as a ‘team player’. I will not participate in gossip.

Integrity

I always speak the truth.  What I promise is what I deliver.  I only ever make agreements with myself and others that I am willing and intend to keep. I communicate potential broken agreements at the first opportunity and I clear up all broken agreements immediately.

 

Fun

I acknowledge that the foundation of our success as a company is based on our attitude and ability to have fun. I recognize that a good life balance contributes to my productivity and quality of work, life and relationships.

 

Environment

I will always work to maintain the best work environment I can. I will take pride in the maintenance & cleanliness of my job site, personal appearance, vehicle, tools & health. I consider ‘safety’ as the highest priority. I will not participate in recreational activities that will compromise my performance or attitude the next day.

 

Systems

I always trust the system to tell me what needs to be done.  If a challenge arises I look to the systems first, before asking for a solution. I follow the system exactly until a new system is introduced. I suggest system improvements to increase the team’s productivity.

 

Respect

I respect those in position of leadership and aspire to take on more of a leadership position myself. I understand that both suppliers, clients and owners are part of our team and deserve respect and proactive communication. I respect everybody on a worksite and temper my language appropriately. I expect to be treated with respect, recognised & rewarded appropriately for my efforts.
