Divine Plumbing has been providing bathroom installation and renovation services for more than 8 years. Divine Plumbing offers home owners excellence in service and finished work because of the time allocated to listening to our customers, our detailed attention to the design and our understanding of the trade.

Steps to take to getting your Bathroom Renovated:

1. Contact us by email or Phone

2. Organise a meeting that suits both parties

3. Customer to run through check list ready for meeting

4. Meeting – Customer to run through what they are after, go over check list and communicate with ideas and cost effective ways of making this bathroom renovation quick, easy and a good quality job were we are proud to say we built this and the customer is proud to show it to their friends and family.

5. Quote – delivered to client with a 2nd meeting organized

6. 2nd meeting – Divine Project Manager and customer to run through quote and make sure that the quote is final and that there will be no more added variations to the job (unless otherwise specified by owner).

7. Quote accepted– 3rd meeting if necessary to sign contract and schedule a time table so that the owner knows exactly what is going on everyday.

8. Communication – will be constant throughout the job as to make sure that all is up to our expectations as well as the customers.

9. Everything must be onsite before starting the renovation.

10. Job completed– Final Inspection by the Divine project manager and the customer. Any discrepencies will be resolved before final payment is authorized by Divine Admin.

11. Happy customer means satisfied buisness.

Check List for Bathroom Renovations – Things to go over before the meeting to make the it worthwhile for the customer:

1. Budget.

2. Bathroom layout.

3. Tiling – walls, floor, skirting tile, shower area only…

4. Fixtures involved–  toilet, shower, basin, bath, laundry, kitchen

5. Tap selection– Divine will bring out a booklet of different taps, baths, basins, toilets, shower bases. We have accounts at Reece and Tradelink Plumbing Supplies (ask permission before purchasing).

6. Cabinetry – We organize our cabinet maker to measure up and quote

7. Tiles – Work out a selection of tiles for floor and walls and for any feature tiles as well. We can work out the correct quantity while on site at first meeting.
